Ilse Blank is a globally accredited Strategic Communication Management Professional (SCMP®), certified change practitioner, and a multi-award-winning business writer and communicator with over 30 years of experience.

Ilse has gathered a wealth of insights by working with organisations in Africa and companies in the Global South, as well as the UK and across Europe. After working with global professional services and consulting firms for over 20 years, she has experience across several industries, and works with a dynamic network of thought leaders and opinion shapers.

Ilse is a champion of elevating standards of excellence in communication and actively contributes towards the communication profession as well as the advancement of women in business. She is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC). Ilse has earned four IABC Quill Awards for communication excellence and business writing.

To amplify her impact, she serves on the Board of the IABC Africa Chapter and is an Advisor on the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business – Women in Business programme.

Ilse is a PROSCI® certified change practitioner. She is continuously working on advancing her German language business proficiency and writing a non-fiction book, collaborating with other authors in the Expert Author Community to bring deeper understanding of strategies for great communication.
